Another Great Video my Junk Brother from another mother 😊 I’m 52yo and have been in the business since I was 5yo my parents did it as a weekend hobby back in the mid 1970’s…. Dad was a GM for a large advertising company in Cleveland Ohio and on weekends we would wake up extra early jump in the car and head off to the garage/yards back then you could go all day and yes you can still go all day now but the key is FINDING STUFF all day anyway we would sale all day and either end up In Pennsylvania or southern Ohio and pull into one of those old school Mom & Pop motels with the little swimming pool out front then wake up and garage/yard sale all the way back home.. Those were the days 😔 I can’t tell you how many times more often then not having to ride back home either sitting on a box lol or having to be a contortionist with the space I had but I loved those days and Dad passed about 9 years ago but I still take Mom to sales as often as I can which is a lot lol.. But it’s a whole new world out there compared to now back then you had to learn and put many hours in doing so but NOW when you go to sales most time there’s a handful of people in there zapping everything with there phones because most don’t care about learning the ins and outs they just depend on there handy robot 📱 lol I like watching the picking videos where it’s not about looking every little thing up..

anyone that sees this, pls dont have your dogs wear service vests(a thing service dogs are not required to wear) if they arent at that level yet. this dog is no where near public access level. Lunging at animals and people to play can interfere with legit service animals trying to task because they arent going to be used to pets in most stores. This store has pets and has allowed pets in the past obvs so its a little different but that service dog vest is likely being used for him to gain access to places with that animal when hes not a service dog. I hope im wrong in that assumption but most people dont put service dog on their vests when this is their dogs behavior because they know they'd be a distraction for tasking animals. A service animal would be potentially focusing on the lunging as a potential source of danger and focus on safety instead of their caretakers condition causing them to not task when needed. In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? if the animal is lunging with a service vest on, pls ask them to take the animal back to a safe location outside of your store to encourage them to do the training needed for public access. They don't even need to be service dogs, they need to be well trained in public in this dog is not. my service dog will miss cues my body is giving if a dog is lunging towards anyone or any animal because hes then focused on keeping me safe and not caring that im going to faint.

This is about a person having their dog wear a service dog vest when it is NOT a service dog and it's a problem nearly every time i take my animal into public. If you don't need to read my comment, move on, but there are plenty of sd handlers that need people to tell others to stop pretending their dogs are service animals and im not gonna stop because you're mad i wrote a poorly written book you don't wanna pay for.

The walleye fishing is good at Belleville, Ontario. There is a boat launch there if I remember correctly. In the town. There is a bridge crossing over the water and that is where they are. Also, best time for those walleyes: November during turnover. It's cold and windy but the fishing is good.

At around the 16:15 mark, Pete tells his employee to finish writing up the customer's invoice. The employee should've told the customer on the phone at the 14:20 mark, that we'll call him back, which he didn't, but should've told him. Pete was 100% right to tell his employee what to do. Finish serving the customer first, before going to another customer. Capeesh!

Employee did everything right. Pete handled it correctly also. Pete asked what the call was about so employee telling him.....instead of just saying well call u back without being told to.....wasn't wrong. And the camera cut right before the employee told them they would call back.....doesn't show "he didn't even tell customer they would call back" Probably would help your character way more to learn how to Interpret situations correctly first. Before trying to come across as a professional judge of what's done correctly or not and pointing all that out.
