Having 11 years in IT experience I don't blame the candidates indulging in malpractice. I simplu wouldn't call it a malpractice. Although i have never done it in my entire career but i have gone through immense hardships to get my first job. So guys dont worry go ahead and do it..only for people who are desperate and have tried everything though.

I have 1 doubt. Lets say there is one person who worked in support role but woked hard and learnt devops and wrote in resume that they few years of experience in devops. Does that count as malpractice?

In HR round..hr asked why you have 2 month's gap ..😅.. i said i have just got laid offf..2 month's back...he said:no wt you done in 2 month's . 😢... basically they don't have requirement.. simply wasted time...and removed confidence 😢

@@Venkateshkurnoothala I collect all previous company documents correct that take seal on that upload on epfo portal .then that request which I uploaded goes to my employer then employer accept that and forword to epfo . We have clearly say to them why this happened then they will correct . In this process we have take lot of support our previous employer or company .without them it's impossible . Guys I will suggest that go your previous employer tell them why I have to change the details an if you absconded then give them compensation an solved it . I also give compensation to them . Thank u

Hii bro I joined in a company(2/3/22) within 10 days I resigned. My employer updated same date of join and date of exit Date of join = 2/3/22=date of exit Presently iam working in very small startup company from last 2 years. Now iam planning to switch company.
