As a resident living in Shajah, I gotta say that Dubai is filled with half naked foreigners that can be a fitnah to you and your family, it’s honestly like moving to the west. Accommodation is expensive and it’s hard to search for a good islamic community since the city is filled with foreigners. I would highly recommend Sharjah as it is a great family place where the ruler forbids alcohol and shisha pubs. Dubai is artificial and just filled with annoying futuristic skyscrapers while Sharjah is more on the nature side with a lot of greenery and lakes. Honestly, I personally can’t stand Dubai because of how much it’s over-hyped and generally too much worldly matters that can distract you from your akhirah. Everytime I go down to Dubai I always get into arguments and fights with my wife. We assumed that it may be Allah punishing us for going to places that has lots of temptations. I highly urge and advise any practicing muslim to stay away from the place as much as possible and to stick to Sharjah for the sake of your religion.

I'm a local, You should live in other emirates ( Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, RAK) way cheaper and chill, Dubai is only for weekends😉, an hour drive away
@3litepker2 жыл бұрын
I was in abu dhabi for many years and it’s definitely not cheaper. A nice 3 bed apartments are like £30k-40k a year. In dubai for the same price you can get a nice villa.

I'm shocked at some of the comments criticising. You're doing an awesome job tabarak Allah and you've come very far. Your honesty is admirable and you've only answered what you know to be true for yourself. To make a dedicated video on all the ins and outs of moving to Dubai is an expectation that supersedes you and this format. The UAE gov should be paying you for that in all honesty haha, time is money and your primary job is a general podcast.

@@kaya_ismail yeah yeah, you and some "shaykhs" that move there are just dawah fravoured influencers. Every word you say is monitored and Uae gov approved. There is no haqq in Dubai influencers no matter what shape they take

Good new podcast initiative- please do your chats in the beginning and be more facts based through the rest. Hard to listen to without wanting to skip useless chatting inbetween facts. Constructive criticism not hate thank you!!
@Apricotblossom55552 жыл бұрын
You can find a website that addresses these topics without "useless chatter". You've obviously come for some specific information so ideally a podcast isn't the best place to get it. If anything, just ask for time stamps, job done.

Give constructive feedback or don't say anything at all. I think Faisel is getting better and better at this; he's talking that fast anymore, he's talking with a normal accent, he talks less and lets the gast speak more, he's friendly and his frustration does not show.
