Question How do you stop someone from trucking you when you are trying to tackle them

it all comes down to leverage. i f you have a bad center of gravity and you are too high (even if the runningback is bigger than you) you are more prone to getting trucked. Remember dip at the hips and explode through the ball carrier.,. Hope this helped
