Freshman Housing at Berry College

What is the dorm room shown in the last snippet of the video? I love that setup! I will be a freshman in the fall, and I am flexible with the different room advantages and disadvantages, but are there options that allow for no loft bed? I get claustrophobic on the top and bottom, so I don't know which complexes require them because they all seem to have them.

The housing options shown in the final snippet of the video are from our cottages. As for dorm lofting, all dorms have the option to loft, but they are not required in any residence hall and the decision is up to each room's occupants.
