It kind of reminds me of a game back in the day called MAG. Mind you MAG maps weren't as massive as this. It was still super fun to load into a full lobby of like 60 players. Absolute chaos!

If you are coming from games like ArmA the map here is not massive at all. It's large for the average game, but far from massive. ArmA3 has natively a 12.5x12.5km - 156 km^2 map (Altis) where it's SP campaign is set. I've seen maps as large as 60x60km though as mods, but the ground resolution (grid and with it textures) gets atrocious at some point. Check the more recent ArmA Reforger... Everon I think is 8x8km = 64km^2, so much larger than this little snippet of a map really. And the graphics are quite comparable. :)

@@fennoman9241 Yes, I said there are 60x60 km maps (3600 km^2). Weferlingen is a DLC map and is 20x20km. The issue is you make the map bigger, but the ground texture size stays at a low resolution, so it gets worse and worse the bigger the map.

As a player who plays Tarkov Since a few years know i neeeed this Game 🤩

Game has solid foundations so far in Pre-Alpha. Things that I’d prioritizing noting to improve: -AI (make them not only challenging but fun and intelligent) -Sound design -More map variation (what I mean is that it feels like they just made a circle of mountains and you play in the middle on a all flat surface so there’s no verticality) -More lootable objects and loot in general that you can use to make additional money/barter/trade with other players -Interesting and unique variable objectives. I hope not to play essentially the same type of mission over and over. Bring hostage rescue, mobile convoys, search and destroy, bounties, etc. Other than that, really just needs some other graphical polishing like the water, mud physics, and better animations.
