Thanks mate, it does make a nice change and saves on fuel a fair bit too 😅 yeah the mosquitos can be a pain but its the horse flies that really give me the shivers 😂🦟

Ive been eyeing up the Major craft Aji Do, from Art of Fishing, it seems to have a bit of backbone, ive been using Daiwa Ninja and Prorex, thinking of upgrading now dropshotting and lrf are in my system.

Great video dude, some nice fish. I was fishing the Exeter canal a week ago using wafters and, caught my first wild carp 7.5 lb. great day out. What river is that your fishing?

Being from midlands originally that water would be a pike mad spot as well and can ruin a multi species hunt are they not in that stretch or is this norm in the south west freshwater

I've had one pike from that stretch mate, although I've heard that some decent pike are caught from there. Apparently a few years ago it produced some big perch too but has declined recently. I still find it a productive little bit of river though! 👍
