The water under the bridge troll bar is fire. When the creator of Sonic.exe learned they moved his Creepypasta to the Trollpasta website he went on a huge childish rant. He tried to start a "war" by calling his fans to attack the Creepypasta wiki or whatever.

Ben Drowned is featured as a merchant who drowned after his puppets or trinkets from thrown in a river. He drowned and couldn't get back to the surface. He's featured in Zelda and Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion!

That backstory is just for the Spooky's character, who is loosely inspired by the Ben Drowned creepypasta. IIRC the original story was about a kid who died and possessed a copy of Majora's Mask

"You should worry 'bout who founded you" is referring to the fact that Sonic.EXE original creator was revealed to have been a Pedo, which in all honesty it no surprise, the guy was clearly messed up in the head from how he behaved Thankfully the rights for EXE was given away to new owners in which they improved Sonic.EXE way more better, one of the owners is called "JoeDoughBoi" who created Lord X who is now basically the face of all EXES, he also created Sonic.EXE 2011 and Sonic 2017x There is now many different versions of Sonic.EXE There is Sonic.EYX Xenophane Fatal Error All Father Rewrite Sink.EXE Faker Needlemouse Starved Eggman No more innocence my favorite EXE, Sonic.OMT And more Majin Sonic and Fleetway Sonic aren't EXES but the EXE community adopted them anyway lol
