Looks like the main chords are G, C, and D, but that doesn't look like a D he's playing down at the bottom, but could be a D equivalent. Like those slide notes and the Spanish sound on the lower strings.

To me, the guitar work sounds choppy. hitting each note cleanly but lacking the texture the song invites -- some slides and bends. Also fell out of the pocket a couple of times pretty obviously. The harp at the end was a nice surprise. Hardly the best version on KZbin.
