It’s great to have Coltrane so approachable as in Naima and especially in this great tutorial, ❤ ',,

Great ... thank you ... this is the first tune I can play all the way through on the piano and it sounds like it should on the piano ... this version for the guitar matches beautifully and I will now be able to play it all the way through on the guitar .... and it will be my first tune all the way through on that too! The sad part is I have been playing both piano and guitar for about 50 years! Still, never to old to learn is what they say and I am proof of that. Thanks again!

If you play it tuned down to Eb you and play it in the key it is written in you can have a low open Eb sound for the chords

Some nice voicing there. Shouldn't the penultimate chord in the A section be GM7+5/Eb? So, sharpen the D on the second string.

Every sheet music transcription Ive seen calls out different chords for this song. And yet all of them sound like the original. I'm confused I gotta say. I guess this is in a different key, but Im talking about multiple Eflat versions? Anyway...

This is in the original key of Ab.
@levimatthew89119 ай бұрын
@@fretprints roger that, 4 flats is Ab not Eb. I got my signals crossed.
