They went over time in the first round. I can’t think of a single cooking show that lets you still submit a dish after the time limit and not lose major points They put shit on the plate in the second round and fed it to a pussy cat doll. And the food was not only bad by his own admission, but also not a cheesecake in the last round. If it had tasted good, he could’ve got an 8 too In your opinion, where should they have done better?

@@HeartbrokenHeartshooter few points id say- i cant think of a single cooking show where they give 4/10 for presentation when serving the wrong dish nd 8/10 on taste for the wrong dish.... the first round was a disgrace, blue team were over the time nd shouldve recieved a stricter penalty than 1 point but red team shouldnt be getting 12/20 on the 1st round second round- the shit was bad, but the other 2 were alr nd id argue steak is the main bit of a main course nd green team fked up but still got high. Even if we ignore the 2nd round, i cant tell anything bout the cheesecake i cant lie tht was dreadful from Harry , they got mugged off in the first round. Green team shouldve definitely won without a doubt but the blue should got 2nd

@@HeartbrokenHeartshooter I agree with everything you said. I should've specified I found the judging of Team Red's dishes to be bad. First they had a nastly looking omelet instead of fried balls, which got a 4, where the actual similar looking dishes got a 7/6. And then because it was seasoned it got an 8. That is bs. Then they had the even worse looking second dish, but still got rated not that badly. I don't think there is a cooking show where twice (not once, but twice) you are asked to make a hamburger, and the judges will rate you this highly if you serve them pizza that looked like you ate it once already. That is not to say that Team Blue didn't get what they had coming to them. I don't think I could have even tried tasting the turd or the (pretty much) raw beef. And the less said about the thing at the end the better.

I would also like to add that the kitchen equipment seemed quite poor. Yet pretty sturdy at the sam time. Flooding one of those contraptions with water didn't short-cicuit the entire studio. But put three pans on and none of them heat properly. That just seems like poor planning. With the first dish they had to boil the potatoes (maybe possible if they grated it, then boiled it, instead of cubing and boiling), but also required frying the panchetta and getting oil up to temp so they could fry the breaded balls. So definitely no wonder all three of them had raw potatoes still.

How was JJ/Deji and Harry/Vik scores close after two challenges. The scoring is fucked. Giving high scores just because it tasted good is mad considering they didn't do the challenge. Its unfair to the teams that did the challenge compromising the taste to make a close imitation. Like you could just make an omelette with less effort and get a high a high score because it tasted better. Good content and production but bad judging.
