Hi Danny, I posted this in Kim’s live last night. I was working with elite /world class athletes as a nutritionist, and we would cover all aspects of their international travel from diet, hydration etc and this included the adjustment in change of time zones. We always recommended a day of recovery for every hour of time zone change. Using this methodology and the miles around the world Joe endured prior to the debate, he clearly had not been given the benefit of allowing his body to recover. One needs to consider our guidelines were for young ultra fit sportsmen who were far more capable of recovery than an eighty one year old man, who in my view should have been given the rest he needed. I hold his team responsible for putting him in the situation he found himself in, yet he is having to face the cruel onslaught of the rabid pack of attack dogs. Breaks my heart. Good man, the pets need to come before us, each and every one is a lifetime commitment. I came off of a ranch and the animals were fed first before we got breakfast. Same went for dinner. I totally agree with that attitude. Get the fur-babies out of harm's way, and that means you need to leave also and stay with them. Remember keep a bag with your important information, records, vaccinations for you and pets, food for you and pets, make sure your vehicle has a full tank of fuel.

Danny, I am a Canadian, a news junkie and an old lady of 78. I followed your advice before I had even heard it: I turned off the news and the repetitive foaming at the mouth of the talking heads; I already eat lots oranges; Jesus is weeping and needs to be left alone to figure it all out. The call for Joe Biden to step down after a 90 minute abuse session just put me right over the top. My hope that most decent Americans were just remaining silent and keeping their heads down took a dive with that clarion call. So until I regain my natural sense of positivity, I will watch the big footers on the Great Lakes go through the locks in the Soo and the homesteaders take care of their chickens and goats on UTube and ask my pendulum if everything will work out OK. The convicted felon did great damage to my country’s economy and will do it again in spades, he still holds a grudge because Ivanka and Melania made google eyes at Justin Trudeau. Thank you Danny for the confirmation...I used to watch MSNBC everyday since the trump shenanigans from 4am to 1am then start over at 4am watching to see fresh news. What I realized after a few years I've been watching repeats. They only add a little bit more for the next show but basically the shows are reporting the same things just different perspectives from each host. Then the weekends I guess they thought we wanted more reruns they repeat some shows on Saturdays and Sundays. I have come to the conclusion I have had enough of the same thing even if the shows appear not be bias. But they all are out for the money and fame. Most news are biased and want the poor to feed into. The billionaires that own the entities want the poor to keep spending money in order for the rich to keep receiving more money. It never stops. It's amusing how the poor keep the billionaires rich. If the poor people who don't know they are making the rich richer, stop shopping for a week...see the difference. Thank you Danny. I need to write my book. ❤

I found hearing how Biden is “unfit” and not hearing pushback about DJT, the multitude of crimes, and all his lying, is very distressing. I stopped watching. I feel a lot better. Thanks danny. Safe here in cozumel, as are my pets. Got hit hard with a cat 2-3. However, hurricanes are like traditions here. Everyone knows what to do and gets it done. 2 huge royal palm fronds did fall into my tiny patio but had the grace to avoid crashing my above ground pool. Used to talk to them each time i lay in my pool. Now have shelters for street dogs! Folks try to corral them in. Could have been worse. Angels/ guides actually anesthetized me.
