I was on holiday last week out of touch with the flares. Woke on Thursday, yesterday, with an awful headache and nausea! That was the day we flew home with the clearest views over Spain, France, Pyrenees, sea to UK. My face was glued to the window taking multiple photos & videos feeling the light worsen my headache but I could not look away from the blue sky, cloud formations, land mass and water. It was total magic. Today, Friday, I just have a thought & it manifests within a couple of hours from a scrap man arriving 'randomly' after I thought I could do with him turning up to a friend bringing a bag full of food to fill my empty fridge when I was minutes from leaving the house to go shopping! Magic! And blissfully grateful xx

I’m in Charlottesville Virginia and I only found you a few weeks ago. I loved the way you referred to the “carnival” that is happening all around us. I’ve managed to pretty much tune it out except for reading the headlines. I’m thinking of the people south of me in North Carolina and what they are going through. Close to a million are still without power and at least 200 souls have crossed over. Small towns have disappeared from raging waters and mud slides. I count my Blessings every day and try to stay focused on the coming together of humanity as a collective Consciousness and emerge into Service to Others 🎉😊❤

I live in Western New York...I certainly understand the "carnival" analogy! I try to ignore it, but it seems to permeate everything! The devastation in the south is awful and another hurricane is on the way, crossing FL where I have family.

Hi fellow Americans, I’m in Kentucky. I can relate to the carnival analogy as well & it seems to be a popular way to describe it. Hard not to see if you are on any social media. Especially with what is going on I the southeast. As heart wrenching as it is, these powerful dates/times like eclipses are big portal times for those who are leaving. I started drinking decaf coffee ,done the "healthy" Swiss water way and I add a bit of dehydrated mushroom powder and some allspice or cardamom . It feels really healthy and delicious ! 😊❤ Blessings and thanks !

Tim, I hadn’t heard you talking about giving up coffee (It seems I’ve missed more of your updates than I realized). I guess your body didn’t want it. I went through a short period of that, but I think it was the half & half I was using at the time. I started doing what some of the enlightened healers I watch recommend doing since pretty much everything is poison to our bodies (especially here in the US), & that is to clear it 1st. We have light portals in the center of our hands. I clear mine & transmute it to something good for my body end with “Thank you I love you coffee ( or whatever it is)”. At this point in time finances aren’t there to buy healthy food, so this is the best I/we can do. Thanks for all you do. ☺️ 💖

Tim, how do you stop absorbing everything from family members struggling? This is more than being an empath, this is cords with people and spirit that won't go away. It's so so hard surviving to exist when it's constant with people's energy.

Have you asked Archangel Micheal to cut all cords, binds, etc for you. He will cut them all, when you meet someone again you will make new cords how you want them, based on love? Also ask spirit guides to dissolve all contracts, vows, agreements etc that are complete.

Hi, I have recently heard an Astrologer I follow talk about this & dissolving chords to our loved one’s suffering & pain as most of us don’t want to sever the chords with our children per day, so cut/dissolve the chords to their pain as it is not ours to carry. She suggested using the left arm (light side) to sweep in front of us. This made a lot of sense to me & it seems like it has helped. I am sorry it is so many for you. I hope this helps. Hugs 💖
