If there is actually labour shortage, why is PERM processing taking too long? I'm a certified medical laboratory scientist and my PERM was filed in August 2023 and still to be approved. When can i actually get my EB-3 visa?

Please check with the team that filed your PERM. PERM is currently taking 13 months.
