Im sure you can't find this information on a google search but finding out what year cancer spiked in the United States would be helpful for the argument. Sorghum used to be a staple in the diet of people in the United States. Sorghum contains amygdalin which is also found in other things like seeds and grasses. Sorghum was replaced with wheat in the 1940s. So people in the 1940s stopped getting amygdalin in their diets and it is said that this is when cancer spiked up. My experience with eating raw bitter apricot seeds that contain amygdalin are decreased lower back pain and a higher metabolism at 52 years old. I eat about 10 seeds a day. On a side note scientist in the 1940s realized our food didn't contain iodine because of using fertilizer and not rotating the soil. They had it put in bread so people could get this essential nutrient. The sugar companies weasel their way in and got the iodine thrown out and the sugar put in. It is very obvious today we have a high rate of people with mental issues and a high cancer rate. Put two and two together.

We have to assume that A. cancer started to uptick within 20 years or so that sorghum was replaced with wheat B. that nothing else changed in that 40 year timeframe (+/-20yrs) that could also explain the effect C. that sorghum didn't have other properties that could be anticarcinogenic (that it really was the amygdalin and not, say, just eating more fiber in general or something) D. that acquiring amygdalin in sorgum is the same as aqcuiring it from apricot seeds, and so on and so on. Not saying that you're wrong, but for some it might be a bit of a leap.

I don't know about the cancer spike, but general health issues started to rise with electrification. See Magda Havas's material here on YT. There also was a correlation (which, I know, is not causation) with five G implementation and the big C in twenty twenty. So it is a massive attack on all fronts on our health, whether the people, making the masses change their diets or their environments, know it or not.

@@Apollo440 read the book called The Invisible Rainbow. It talks about how electricity and the different frequencies have caused pandemics throughout the years. I remember back in 2009 - 2010 there was the swine flu pandemic. I remember getting very sick for 2 days during 2010. This was the same time they switched from analog TV signal to the digital TV signal.

@@Sneakycat1971 interesting coincidence. It's definitely "every man on his own" when it comes to our own health. Because waiting for the politics to catch up with what the people instead of what the politics want (aka money from lobbying pharma/tech/any money earning groups) is futile. Thank you for the book recommendation, I think I've heard about it before, will try to find and take a look!

That seems to be right. Bought a large bag on Amazon (Germany). Started with 2x2 kernels and slowly increased to 3x10 kernels over the course of 1,5 weeks. So I am at 30 kernels a days and haven't noticed any side effects so far - and can't tell if helps either but still early in trying it out. Please be careful, it seems not all kernels are equal in amygdalin amounts.

Apricot seed consumption probably came from the diet of the Hunza people, who mostly live longer than a 100 years and look fabulous doing it. I wonder if it is the combination of modern environment plus apricot seed consumption, which leads to detrimental effects? Those Hunza people live in a pretty primitive environment, and therefore eat B12 in its natural form (from the surface of their food). So, maybe, if a person can emulate as much of a B12-rich environment for apricot kernel consumption, it can become safe(r) to consume?

@@aureliaglenn2220 Well, you would also have to debunk the pictures of those people, just look at their hair. The amount of books or people who wrote about it is irrelevant in the face of facts. Example: Many people write that the Atkins / keto diet saved their lives, when statistics and peer reviewed studies show that it kills. So think for yourself, whether the Hunza longevity has been "debunked" or simply mixed with dirt in the press. The scientific approach would be to look at their lifestyle practices (like fasting for a prolongued period of time every year, living in the mountains = living physically active all their lives, eating most foods derived from plants, etc.). If you find something in their lifestyle that kills - you can try to debunk the myth by yourself.
