The sweet apricot seeds taste better than the best almonds for me.They are sweeter and taste somewhat like coconut. The bitter ones send me to emergency hospital in childhood.

Yes, the sweet ones have a more mild, pleasant taste compared to almonds. Pity they do not grow them in Western Europe.

Not really. If they are not bitter they are ok. If they are really bitter it is difficult to eat enough to get any harm. I hope you feel well

How to distinguish, some seeds are good to taste but others are bitter.

Buy the apricots in oriental shops and make sure they are imported from an eastern country. Try the seeds and dont eat them if they are bitter
