Women are called to embrace their God-given roles as wives, mothers, and caregivers, not to fight in the front lines of war. Our strength lies in nurturing and supporting the family, not sacrificing our femininity in the battlefield. Let men defend our freedom

Clement of Alexandria (Theologian and Greek Father, 2nd century): “Every woman should be filled with shame by the thought that she is a woman…the consciousness of their own nature must evoke feelings of shame” --- Origen (Theologian and Greek Father, 2nd-3rd centuries) “Men should not sit and listen to a woman… even if she says admirable things, or even saintly things, that is of little consequence, since it came from the mouth of a woman.” Fragments on 1 Corinthians --- Tertullian (the Father of Latin Christianity, 155-245): ”And do you not know that you are (each) an Eve? The sentence of God on this sex of yours lives in this age: the guilt must of necessity live too. You are the devil’s gateway: you are the unsealer of that (forbidden) tree: you are the first deserter of the divine law: you are she who persuaded him whom the devil was not valiant enough to attack. You destroyed so easily God’s image, man. On account of your desert- that is, death- even the Son of God had to die. And do you think about adorning yourself over and above your tunics of skins?” On the Apparel of Women, Chapter 1 --- Chrysostom (Archbishop of Constantinople and Doctor of the Church, 4th century) “God maintained the order of each sex by dividing the business of life into two parts, and assigned the more necessary and beneficial aspects to the man and the less important, inferior matter to the woman.” --- Augustine (Bishop of Hippo, Doctor of the Church and Latin Father, 354-430): “I don’t see what sort of help woman was created to provide man with, if one excludes procreation. If woman is not given to man for help in bearing children, for what help could she be? To till the earth together? If help were needed for that, man would have been a better help for man. The same goes for comfort in solitude. How much more pleasure is it for life and conversation when two friends live together than when a man and a woman cohabitate?” “. . . the woman together with her own husband is the image of God, so that that whole substance may be one image; but when she is referred separately to her quality of help-meet, which regards the woman herself alone, then she is not the image of God; but as regards the man alone, he is the image of God as fully and completely as when the woman too is joined with him in one.” On the Trinity Book 12 7.10 --- Jerome (Priest, Theologian, Doctor of the Church and Latin Father, 4th-5th centuries): “Woman is the root of all evil.” --- Thomas Aquinas (Doctor of the church, 13th century) As regards the individual nature, woman is defective and misbegotten, for the active force in the male seed tends to the production of a perfect likeness in the masculine sex; while the production of woman comes from a defect in the active force or from some material indisposition, or even from some external influence. Summa Theologica, Vol. I, Q. 92, Art. 2: 489. --- Martin Luther (German priest, theologian and Protestant Reformer, 16th century) : “The woman certainly differs from the man, for she is weaker in body and intellect. Nevertheless Eve was an excellent creature and equal to Adam in so far as the divine image: that is, righteousness, wisdom and eternal salvation, is concerned. Still, she was only a woman. As the sun is much more glorious than the moon (though also the moon is glorious), so the woman was inferior to the man both in honour and dignity, though she, too, was a very excellent work of God.” From Luther’s Commentary on Genesis. --- John Calvin (French theologian, pastor and Protestant Reformer, 1509-1564), of the first post-resurrection appearance of Jesus to women rather than to men: “I consider this was done by way of reproach, because they [the men] had been so tardy and sluggish to believe. And indeed, they deserve not only to have women for their teachers, but even oxen and asses. . . Yet it pleased the Lord, by means of those weak and contemptible vessels, to give display of his power.” From Calvin’s Commentary on the Gospel of John. On this account, all women are born that they may acknowledge themselves as inferior in consequence to the superiority of the male sex. From Calvin’s Commentary on 1 Corinthians (Chapter 11) --- John Knox (Scottish clergyman and Protestant Reformer, 16th century: “[Women are] weake, fraile, impatient, feeble and foolish.” He also said women were “unconstant, variable, cruel and lacking the spirit of counsel and regiment” and “woman in her greatest perfection was made to serve and obey man.” From his The First Blast of the Trumpet Against the Monstrous Regiment of Women.

I skipped over Exodus 26 and 27 just this morning. I will read it now and I won't do that again. Thank you Dr. Mohler.

Surprisingly Mohler doesn’t talk about the head of the Faith Office in the White House- Paula White. A very moral and sound doctrine “pastor” 😂Trump’s words- an amazing pastor.

"I don't want to see religious bigotry in any form. It would disturb me if there was a wedding between the religious fundamentalists and the political right. The hard right has no interest in religion except to manipulate it." -- Rev. Billy Graham, Parade, 1981 “Mark my word, if and when these preachers get control of the [Republican] party, and they're sure trying to do so, it's going to be a terrible damn problem. Frankly, these people frighten me. Politics and governing demand compromise. But these Christians believe they are acting in the name of God, so they can't and won't compromise. I know. I've tried to deal with them.” ~ Republican Barry Goldwater

As always, simply excellent briefing! All scripture is God-breathed, but translations may get difficult or even misleading, even intentionally misleading. Consider the Jehovah Witness New World “Translation” for serious intentional errors. But what really needs saying is that the “boring” or “totally confusing” passages are neither boring nor confusing when studied by mature believers at the proper stage of maturity. So skip over the camping layout of the twelve tribes all your life maybe. But maybe one day when you are “mature” you will suddenly see that the layout describes a CROSS! There are hidden treasures even in Exodus!!! (And all through scripture.)

We've evidently learned absolutely nothing from Afghanistan, Iraq, or any number of examples, to include in our own country in our own society. Religious ideology/theology/doctrine is and always has been an issue, Dr. Mohler. Always. Look at our society today. Two Kingdom, Antinomian, Dispensational ideology has had a direct--negative--impact on the society... locally, and to the extent it's more broadly accepted, nationally. If the root religion isn't confronted head-on, bottom-up, inside-out then top down directives and political edicts do nothing and will change nothing but externals at best. Yes, I'm glad there's an "order" to end non-Christian bias (whatever that means) rather than an "order" to love sodomites. Neither mean anything past the words on paper and only to the extent peoples presuppositions align with those words. This is not a role for civil government. The role of civil government is the sword. Evidently, the modern church wants the civil government to do the church's job....deal with hearts. You want to "root out Christian bias" in government? Elect Christians. Hire Christians. Does the Church think apostates, like Trump, are going to do that? Evidently so. Have they done that? Will apostates ever do that? Not on purpose. Open your eyes church.

Well written. Nailed the realpolitik. Haven’t figured it out, but there is some equation in the theology of our pietistic influence that tends to go liberal. Usually starts out very well, but over a generation or so tends to slip into liberal points of view. It would be great to hear your study on that theological development.

Death isn't just another day. It's amazing ! It's not your ordinary walk in the park or amusement park ride or next event to attend. It's like seeing a ghost. It's outer worldly twilight zone stuff, like dealing with a human. Nature is awe inspiring. Suffering is fearful, the spiritual. You stand in awe of the tornado until it hits you and causes you to suffer. Then you are fearful. If it could not harm you, then you would just be in awe of it, in awe of nature. The spiritual world is what you fear. The ghost and demon movie make you jump and turn all the lights on in the house. You are just looking on in amazement at the special effects of the tornado in the film. Once you think of the suffering the tornado could bring, you start to treat it like a ghost, a spirit. The tornado is visible materials, the suffering is creepy and unseeable. The dismissal abysmal bleak blank perfectly circular perforation dot inside is what the hopeless choose to think outside their minds is. They saw the decay, and that grew in their head to be everything, just one huge death darkness, no life, all just consumed, the mind on a giant nothing, on a black emptiness. They are picturing themselves gone, focused on the big horror, on that great dreaded day of doom, and so are seeing what they think it is a dead man is seeing. They say "I need to feed my mind", and say "It's eating away at my mind," and "It rots the brain". You don't feel good when you're fed up with things. It means you can't endure them, that they are eating away at you. Is that how you want to live the rest of your life? Will you go with those who are fed up with the opposing political party or with the system, and have what is eating away at them eat away at you too? You don't want your enemies happy, do you? You want them to suffer, that will fill you with glee and bring you consistent, not deranged draining, contentment, correct? Wouldn't your enemies, trump, biden and the deep state, those who see you as their enemy want you to live a disgruntled, not a happy-go-lucky, blissfully ignorant, life, with bad luck having pissed you off, feeling like your under attack, not enjoying the day and finding people amusing and a sad story that you want to rewind and watch over again?

If you walk through life bracing for the hit, the sucker punch from life, you'll always be tight, intensely tense to the point of physically shaking like a man who has been holding a heavy weight over his head for a long time, and you'll be stiff, prepared as if the blow is coming this moment when it may be that it may never come or not come this decade but in an inconvenient decadence against convenience and convening. They're convening together at the national convention. Is that convenient for them, or unconventional?

One says if the cup is half-empty, half filled or all the way filled, to dump it. Another says only keep it if it is full and proceeds to dump out your half full or half emptied cup. A third says to throw out the cup too. Someone says the water is nothingness and he is the computerized cup. There's more options I can list. But I think they're thinking too much. No, I don't want to think that. Thank God there is water cause I'm getting thirsty. Jesus said the unknowing servants asked, since the enemy mixed in bad seed with the good seed, should they go tear up the bad crops, and that the master said let them grow together side by side because if you tear them before they are done growing you will destroy the good that is twisted up with the wicked.

These mathematicians add math too it and you got people thinking half-full cups should be drunk and half empty cups seen in a negative light and dumped, divided in two and reformed, the kinks hammered out, battering and shattering the glass and not simply cleaning it and keeping its form.

No matter where you are in the military, it’s slavery. You do not control your life for your enlistment. No woman should put herself in that situation. Pursue the career you are interested in outside of the military. The military hires civilians.

Going to the store and outdoors is important. It is moving through an obstacle course to storm a castle. It is leaving your safe and secure comfortable fort and roaming out into the realm of dragonous dangers to face. You cannot afford to go or stay. Strange strangers could cross your path. Looking forward to it is a bore. The mysterious magic of it lures you out of your fortress and into that lore. No help around, no hope to be found, now you are down, packed together in an alone town. Cold shoulders, lost lovers, suspicious stares, managed madness.
