Really nice jam, very old-school sound. The Field Kit FX is a powerful little box, if you wanted to give it a formal review I'm sure we'd all enjoy it!

I was watching another video with the Field Kit FX, and I have to say it sort of reminded me of the Cocoquantus. Naturally, I guess the Cocoquantus (2) has more possibilities, but this looks very intriguing, especially when you look at the price (at present 254€ compared to 1,400€ for the Cocoquantus).

I really like the control options on that Keylab. Seems like the way to go when I step up from my Keystep. The digital delay on the Field Kit FX reduces the sample rate as you increase the delay time. Hence the noise. If you did want it a bit cleaner just keep it the other side of 12 o'clock. Although it's also nice to get some dirt in there. Great little box. It's been an endless source of fun here with my 0-Coast.

Nice sounds ...nice kit. The ending jam as always reminds me of some kind of broke-back Fripp/Eno fiddle-fest (which I kind of enjoy)

@Crude Operator I dunno what to say other than my experience has been different. Pittsburgh as a company has always stood by their products and offered repairs for the cost of shipping. If you got a defective unit, try contacting them.

@Crude Operator Thats harsh - they do, an initial batch of early SV-1 had that issue, but its been fixed and can be also fixed if you have a unit that is affected, you should get in touch with them

Could u use the field kit fx spring reverb with the reverb in the moog grandma? As u have to buy the cigar box reverb unit as a add on accessory.

Easy to do?!?! Look at all of those cables! Sounds great though. Can do a lot with a paraphonic synth if you know your patches.

What is the point of using a controller on the KeyLab when you have a dedicated knob on the unit itself? How the fuck is this a feature being used to sell this? Novation's new Frankenstein's monster is being sold in the same way, weird.
