Carrie is not medicated at all. She has one little boy and she's pregnant with her second little boy and of course that's gonna make her tired . Plus she has been working and finished her album so I'd say she's doing just fine. She's always been shy except she does her job on stage and performs for her fans and she has a heart of gold and a great sense of humor. She is awesome and if anyone has watched many of her interviews they would know so much about her. She is so humble and kind and a beautiful soul inside and out.
