I agree with you! Karl Richter war der beste Bachinterpret den ich kenne! Aber da gibt es noch einen weiteren, den ich von meiner Jugend an bis heute extrem feiere: Helmut Walcha. Er wurde im Alter (soweit ich weiss) von 19 Jahren blind. Trotzdem hat er das gesammte Orgelwerk von aufgenommen ( in der "Goote Kerk" in Alkmaar NL. ) Unfassbar!!!! Er hat die gesammten Orgelwerke von Bach als Blinder auswendig gelernt und 1 zu 1 korrekt eingespielt. Hut ab!!!!!

How do you make sure you never have to play a fugue again? You play it far too quickly and constantly talk into it. This is guaranteed to ruin its beauty and dignity. What a pity. The little G minor fugue is one of my favorite pieces. Unfortunately, I had to stop the KZbin video halfway through the piece. I apologize for that. I sincerely admire the organist's playing skills. But here I had to express my disappointment.
