Love the bikini. I also like the thought of making it reversible with a Co-ordinating fabric so that the tie issue would not matter. Sadly my bikini days are over but I still love them on others. And yes, have been burned by metal hoops before 😂😂. Beautiful Goth dress - you are such a fast sewist! Enjoy your weekend. 😊 Lynne

You have done so well making that bikini. I did get totally lost in your explanation, but it is one of those things you need to see, and then it makes sense I think. Love the fabric for your next swim suit and the gold hardware is really nice. Let us know how that one turns out. Spending time with Lelia, is what life is all about. She is such a darling baby, and it doesn't last long. Before you know it they are in school. Love the summery fabrics you have chosen for your new outfits for vacation. Looking forward to seeing them made up.

I just made the Isabel dress by tint of mint and contacted the designer about the confusing sizing charts. She answered me to just double it, but it just doesn't match up. Now the Isabel has a bow back, so it's adjustable. She was very nice and my dress fits (could probably size down too) but it does kinda stop me from making another of her patterns... I love the goth dress!!! Very inspiring to make one myself now😊

Hi Rachel, really enjoyed your video and all your makes look lovely! Just a thought about the Amber dress and the negative ease on the bust measurement would it be due to the shirring elastic in the back and it will stretch to fit. I’m not sure I have not made any of these patterns. Hope you have a great weekend!

The goth dress is fabulous. Do you really wear it just the once? I looked at the Tilly book, however I was rather disappointed. I expected some really special patterns, but the patterns included you can find everywhere. For a beginner sewist it might be helpful though.

Lovely bikini Rachel … be warned when I was younger I had a lovely bikini with metal rings in the centre of bra which heated up in the sun and got very uncomfortable!!

Be very careful of metal pieces in swimwear, if you intend to be in the sun at all. It can get very hot and also reflect the sun.
