I love the aero, Egyptian, and new Beverly theaters in LA. they are always playing rare and classics. Disapointed I was not able to go to this marathon, maybe some other one in the future.

I'd loved to have seen Friday the 13th Part 3 in 3D.I've always loved the older theatres with the outdoor ticket booths.The reason the 3D effect wasn't what it should have been could be that the screen it was shown on was likely not a silver screen but a white screen.When i was in the theatre business(in the early 1980's),we played a film called "Star Chaser".This film came out in 1983.It was in 3D.The producers of the film changed out our white screens for silver ones.Old school technology.

Hey, That was cool B. Thanks for sharing. I remember back in the day whenever a new F13th came out at the drive-ins they would show all the predecessors. For example, when part 3 came out, they would show 1 and 2. Once part 5 and 6 came out it made for a long night. Haha **Peace
