Cool video man, and love the intro. Your mom is always a blast to watch. Part III has always been my favorite of the franchise. Saw it in the theater way back in 82 in 3D with the cool red and blue glasses. It's the film that got me into horror films so that one will always have a special place in my heart. I got to meet Richard Brooker in person and got his autograph 2 years ago before he passed away earlier this year. Great video as always man!! Keep em coming my friend.

Apparently part 1 is Uncut, that's what people are saying over at Blu-ray.com anyway, it's the same disk as before and just wrong on the pack, but Jason Goes To Hell is the R rated version, but it is possible that the UltraViolet digital copy might be uncut, as you can buy the HD digital copy uncut, so fingers crossed.

Wonderful review. Told me exactly what I wanted to know. They should have had the uncut versions of Friday 1 and 9, but I'm glad they have the theatrical cuts if I had to choose because theatrical cuts are usually neglected on Blu-Ray and for many movies they are never released except for Unrated/Director's Cuts. I want the theatrical cuts above all. There's no excuse to not have integrated both cuts though. It infuriates me because they never truly release anything complete.

The first movie is the uncut one in the blu ray box set you can tell by the ending when Mrs vorhees gets her head cut off. In the r rated version her hands don't come up in the frame and it don't focus as long on her without her head. In the box set it does so it is the uncut one. Great review by the way thumbs up.

You need to re-read what I said! He did not go film by film and tell the picture quality! He did a general overall picture quality for the entire set! Brenden definitely would know that I am not trying to be mean to him, I was just saying that he should of been more detailed!

I think it's awesome that your mom is so involved with your videos and stuff. If she ever opened a YT channel i would sub. Also, awesome review/unboxing. Picked mine up yesterday and it did have 2 small dings on the bottom and 1 disc had a little scratch but nothing too bad. My biggest complaint is the terrible cardboard sleeve packaging, that kind of packaging is notorious for killing disc so i threw mine in some empty cases.

Parts I-IV were the best for me. It all got a little too familiar and stupid after part V. Nevertheless, it's too bad that Paramount and Warner cannot release uncut versions of I, II, III, and IV. For some reason, the franchise gets treated like a red-headed stepchild. Perhaps a good set for newbies, but not so for old schoolers. Same old stuff in new tin box. At least La-La Land did a good job with the soundtracks composed by Manfredini. Now that was hell of a nice set. All best!
