Brad, we live in the South where snow is the exception not the rule. Therefore, people get excited at the chance of seeing snow. You should embrace times when people's attention is drawn to the weather, and use it as an opportunity to edify and better our understanding of the topic, rather than getting in a huff and berating people because they are hopeful to see something that is mostly an anomaly for our location. I have a few suggestions.... 1) blow off the steam of your frustration in the first few minutes & never bring it up again, then edit out that frustration before posting. This will allow you to vent your frustration without it sounding like you're playing gatekeeper of the weather forecast. 2) If social media causes such frustration, consider taking a break from it over the winter. We want to see you live a long and happy life...we need you around providing great weather analysis for many years. We don't need you to be riddled with ulcers.
