This was such a colourful display of fresh food. I enjoyed every bit of it. I used to try meal preping but with youngsters in your house you end up making other menus 😅 and meal prep waits to be used . Yes Ragini you can use the brocoli thick stem also just peel the outer skin and use the inner soft part. If your broccoli is farm fresh that soft part tastes so good even without cooking.I always use both even cauliflower stem.❤ Much love

Hi Ragini, fridge organisation is very nice, one suggestion, please soak the cilantro in a bowl of water for 20 mins and remove the cilantro and throw the water, repeat this process 3- 4 times, all the dirt and mud will go and then you can wrap the cilantro in a tissue paper and store it in fridge. The preparations for the meal is very nice.

Hey Thanks Radhika for the tip.. I did soak the cilantro in water in the sink.. Remember I’ve shown the dirty water in the sink.. that’s from thr coriander 🙈 It can get so dirty right ?🤪 oh the tissue paper really does help 😁

I love adding bite size pieces of vegetables to dals. Along with other veggies I also throw in pieces of broccoli stems (outer skin removed) into dals if available. Anyways I ❤ all ur videos. Great 😊
