4 bitter gourds
2 onion thinly sliced
6-8 garlic cloves cut into 2
2-3 fresh chilli
Thyme & curry leaves
Salt to your taste
Oil for frying ❤️🇬🇧🇲🇺
To remove the bitterness out of this veg, rub it well with salt & let soak for 15 -20 mins then wash, drain & squeeze all excess water before cooking. Bon appetit.
