I believe those bannock burgers were found at A Taste Of Edmonton, at a food truck. Really good burgers. I have made and had bannock made by others before. That's a close replica of what I had. You can get ground bison at Sobey's or Safeway in Edmonton. If you ever get the chance to do so, forage for Saskatoon berries. That's something good with that type of bread. On my dad's farm, we had Saskatoon berry bushes. I think that First Nations and Metis cuisine is really good. I have friends who have that background. Cheers! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️🇨🇦
