I love your big flour jar!! I use big jars for my flours, corn meals, powdered sugar, etc. That catfish po boy looks amazing!!

I bought that al Walmart a few years ago. I got another one this year for my canning kitchen and they still have them. It is under 20 dollars. I love the wide mouth on them.

That looks so good ! When I catch catfish in the river, sometimes it has a strong flavor. I give a good coating of mustard and it cuts the strong fishiness. (Is that a word?)😂 God bless y’all ❤️
