Amy, I bet you could put a sheet of parchment paper in your pie plate and put your filling in on the parchment and then you could just peel the parchment off and slide the filling on to your cake in one piece. Might work, especially if you put the whole thing in the freezer for a few minutes. Looks delicious!!!

I brush my Teeth with Baking Soda...lol😁They're permanently stained from early "Childhood" Antibiotics from Tonsillitis, but I brush & take good care of them❤I also use Baking Soda for Bee & Wasp bites; it draws out the Poison💉

Yummy looking! If you work with chocolate a lot you might want to invest in a heat gun so you know the exact temperature of the chocolate as it an be a very fussy thing to deal with.

I think it may have been because it was vanilla essence not that it was off brand, so yeah y'all should stay away from vanilla essences. I'm sure it is just synthetic vanilla, man-made so should go for vanilla bean paste tbh but it can get pretty expensive (well here in Scotland anyways. for example for 65g it was like £5.00/$6.00 from Taylor and Colledge organic for a tiny little pot and that was before inflation so will cost more today. Amy sweetheart. Have you ever made a blackberry jam cake. My mama use to make the most amazing flavorful and beautiful jam cakes. ❤ I don't know if she stuck her foot in it to give it that special mama flavor. I've made them but it doesn't taste like hers. It's almost like that orange marmalade cake you made. But with cream cheese icing. And the blackberry jam in between the layers and on top of the cake with all that yummy icing all over the. Outside of the cake. And she put a dome of the icing around each layer to hold the jam inside the layers. Can you do one for me to figure out what I'm missing. Thank you doll. Made this recipe for my sweet granddaughters 2nd birthday!! Had so much ganache left over!! So I froze it for later to make truffles! The cake was so delicious!! ❤️
