Nothing really beats some good comfort food on a gloomy day and a proper fried chicken is one of those go too to satisfy those desires. Recently in Trinidad and Tobago there was an uproar on KFC raising their prices, as well as our local brand Royal Castle, and this occurred on almost all the social platforms, so I thought why not check out some alternative Fried Chicken spots in this one, so join us my Trinbago vibes peeps as well try 5 Fried chicken spots throughout T&T, well Trinidad to be exact

There will never be another Fried Chicken/Fish/Shrimp restaurant like Sunday Basket,for all that was fortunate to remember them.The owners were friends of mine from Barataria...But just like Kirpalani,they were highly leverage and went out of business..Ambition,Risk and Greed are three different things...

Nice video as usual. There's also tnt chicken hut, baccanal chicken and chips, caps fried chicken, wendy's fried chicken in the old airport you should check out. Baccanal chicken and chips are fairly new while the others have been around for a while. Caps and wendy's were good when i had them.

Vibes, really mouth watering 😋 vlog kept me salivating. Great to see small businesses putting out a quality product. Visually Reds is most appealing to me, just the appearance. I think as usual people have settled now with the increased KFC prices, no more talk of boycotting KFC. 😅😅😅 Great to see alternatives though. I personally am a Royal Castle supporter but would try the alternatives when I can.

Back in the 80's there were two places that stood out to me, 1. was Mama's Fried chicken in Marabella and 2. was Chicken Unlimited in San Fernando and Gulf city. These places were the best.

Not a fan of commonly accepted contemporary fries. First time I had 'Michelin Star' fries was over 20 years ago and I can never go back. Appreciate you sacrificing yourself by buying, trying and rating the food. Thanks for the video.

Try miss anns fried chicken by old airport and chicken hut in curepe or felicity and in back uwi by sport center(uwi speck) turn in streatham lodge road monte grand tunapuna there's grocery name cna opposite there's a bar call rankerz bar they have best fried chicken wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday they start fry chicken around like 2:00pm or 3:00pm try it trust me it's crunchy and delicious also the galic sauce is must 👍👍👍.

How ya going handsome boy, how is the beautiful wife doing too, So I kinda have to disagree with you on what kind of food to eat when it's Raining 🌧 in Trinidad 🇹🇹., For me When it's Raining it's a Day that calls for a big bowl of COW HEEL SOUP, with plenty of dasheen, & green fig, & Edodos, & Potato with Pumpkin & so on & So on, Comfort Food for your soul., I cook mines in my Pressure Cooker @ Home here in the U.S. in Exactly 50 minutes., But when coming to FRY CHICKEN you don't got a whole lot of options in Trinidad.., So the best FRY CHICKEN, is the only one you can cook your own., I can cut up a whole chicken and fry it with my own Special blend of Spices and spice mix., buy the French fries @ Royal castle and go with a big bowl with a cover and take plenty of their seasoning pepper sauce full it up,. And you have yourself Some homemade fry chicken with R.C. fries & Sauce.., And Sing, FRY CHICKEN, TABANCA, Tabanca Tabanca Come, FRY CHICKEN Tabanca..! 😋❤️🇺🇸✡️🌈🇹🇹✝️🙏🏾☝🏾
