Mustard seed oil is best for frying fish I hope they don't use it in Africa Taste of fish is enhanced if fried in Mustard Seed oil after coating it with turmeric paste Garlic paste salt and corn flower

Alhaji Rashiid(OH).I don't know your state, but if you live in Ohio, close to Columbus, you can get some from the African, Mexican or Asian grocery stores in Columbus, Ohio. (Go to Brekum African Market on Morse Rd. (Columbus, Ohio) They have everything African, that's my go to shop.
