INGREDIENTS:
FRIED FISH
▫️wild caught pacific cod (2 fillets)
▫️1/4 tsp onion powder
▫️1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
▫️1/4 tsp all purpose seasoning
▫️1/4 tsp garlic salt with parsley
▫️1/2 tsp paprika
▫️1/4 tsp black pepper
▫️1/2 tsp parsley flakes
▫️1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
▫️1 cup breadcrumbs (plain)
▫️3 cups milk
▫️1 egg
▫️4 tbsp hot sauce
▫️3 cups vegetable oil (to fry fish)
CABBAGE SLAW RECIPE
▫️1/4-1/2 cup carrots (shredded)
▫️1-2 cups purple cabbage (shredded)
▫️1 small jalapeño pepper, chopped
▫️1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
▫️3 tbsp mayonnaise (or plain greek yogurt)
▫️1 lime (juiced)
▫️pinch of salt
▫️pinch of black pepper
▫️burger bun (or brioche bun)
▫️dill chips pickles (optional)
