Ingredients:
20 pcs - Okra
1 pc - Red onion
3 cloves - Garlic
3/4 cup - Flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp - Curry powder
1/2 tbsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - Baking soda
3/4 cup - water
Oil for frying
Dip:
1/2 cup - Mayonaise
Salt to taste
2 cloves - Garlic
1 tbsp - Vinegar
