Sweet and Sour Bola Bola na Puso ng Saging | SIMPOL | CHEF TATUNG

Ingredients:
4 cups - Banana heart
6 cups - Water
2 tbsp - Salt
4 cloves - Garlic
1 pc - Red onion
3/4 cup - Carrots
1 tbsp - Chicken powder
2 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tsp - Salt
1 pc - Egg
1/2 cup - Flour
Oil for frying
1/4 cup - Pineapple juice
1/4 pc - Carrots florets
1/2 cup - Seeet chili sauce
1 tsp - Soy sauce
1/2 cup - Pineapple chunk

ganito ginagawa ng tita ko nuon.. pero mas tadtad yung puso ng saging, mukha talagang giniling.. tapos binebenta sa labas ng bahay ng 2 piso isa.. may suka at sauce.. paborito ng mga sabadista at muslim na kapitbahay.. kahit kami gustong gusto namin yan kasi mukha at lasa talagang giniling.. lola ko naman Burger na gawa balat ng Saba na saging 😆 masarap din.. akala mo talaga beef burger sa unang tingin.. sa lasa magtataka ka lang parang may iba, pero masarap pa din.. nakaka miss 🙄

What’s up Chef!!! Another “Simpol” recipe to add to my list:-) Readily available ang pusong saging sa Filipino store near my home, I have reason now to buy it for this “Simpol” recipe. Do you include yung mga small pieces sa saging, yung thin pieces when you remove yung petal, when chopping the pusong saging? Yes! Included yung small saging-like thing sa gitna. Pero remove mo lang yung parang thin stick sa gitna nunkasi it's hard to cut. Hehehe

Made this today! Nakalimutan ko lang ilaga yung puso haha pero okay at masarap naman! I double fried the meatballs. Tapos yung sauce I added honey for a little sweetness din (since bawal sugar mga kasama ko sa bahay).
