Fried pumpkin W/shrimp | recipe guyanese style

1 lb small shrimp
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 of a pumpkin diced
1 medium onion Chopped
8 cloves garlic Chopped
Chopped chilies (optional)
Chopped scallions
Chopped cilantro
Chopped parsley
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp bouillon
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp geera/cumin
1 tbsp brown sugar ( optional)
