I actually learnt an original fried rice recipe from real Chinese people back in my dorm days. They use copious amounts of white pepper along with sesame seed oil which I doubt Pakistanis would like. They never used MSG (China Salt) by the way but they did boil the rice and leave it outside or in the fridge over night which made them drier and so helped with frying by making them crispier. Oh yeah... It was also a must to put in a couple of dashes of light soya sauce (Kikkoman).
