Hi, in Khmer the Spring Rolls are called « Nem Chean » ; please correct because you always use the Sino-Vietnamese name « Cha Gio », both recipes are different. For the Summer Rolls it’s called « Nem Chaw » in Khmer ; you can’t use the Viet name « Goi Cuon » because it’s another recipes and language. PS : chicken bouillon powder is only use when we don’t have chicken bones for soup ; never in this recipe.
