Oh, I have some rice paper and had no idea what to do with it except spring rolls. I think at the weekend I make 2 sorts gimbap rolls (rice paper and one with nori) 😋

Yes! I had been looking at recipes just this week and Google dropped off these videos to me because of my search history... I love this and the second video showing how versatile rice paper is for people like us. The light fry options look incredibly helpful for so many other dishes. I like how she shows the versatility of the paper and how to handle it properly. Most of the other instructions I've seen have not been as complete and useful as this one.

Very interesting and just what I was looking for. I recently bought two packs of rice paper, one in square form and the other round with sesame seeds in it. I seems you can use the sesame seed one in the same way as krupuk (rice crackers). I'm very interested in other uses as well, so I saved this page and subscribed to your channel. Thank you for your kind words! When making any dish, you need to quickly dip the rice paper in cold water to wrap the ingredients properly. For recipe 4, I also dipped the rice paper in cold water before using it. It seems that part wasn't shown in the video. Thank you for your good question!😊🥰

One thing to watch out for is the soy sauce. Soy sauce has gluten in it, so people would need a GF soy sauce. Soy sauce is my arch nemisis because so many Asian dishes are almost gluten free... But then the soy sauce gets cut in at the last second 😢😂
