It's always satisfying to watch Tzuyang eat delicious food. I had to pause and cook some jjapaghetti because I got hungry looking at the delicious food; especially those gorgeous Udon noodles! And crispy rice at the bottom of the dish is the absolute best! I really enjoyed watching this today; there was something for every taste.

저도 냉모밀,판모밀 차이점이 항상 궁금했던지라 찾아봤는데 냉모밀은 육수가 달달하고 면이 얇고, 판모밀 육수는 뒷끝이 짠맛이 나고 면은 좀 더 굵다네요. 메밀면의 맛을 좀더 느끼고싶은 분들이 판모밀을 좋아한다고... 그리고 원래는 냉모밀이라는게 없었는데 사람들이 판모밀에 나오는 육수가 감질맛나서 아예 국수를 담가서 달라고 하면서부터 냉모밀이 생겼다네요 -지식인에서 봤어요ㅎㅎ

판모밀은 조금 더 짭짤하며 와사비와 무,파향을 강하게 느끼며 면의 약간의 촉촉함으로 쎈 간을 느끼는거 같고 냉모밀은 면도 육수에 충분히 적셔져서 촉촉보다 축축함과 동시에 양념들을 시원하게 냉우동처럼 동시에 즐길수 있는거 같아요~^^

압구정 하나우동은 저희 가족의 20년 찐 단골집입니다. 여기는 진짜 모든 메뉴가 다 맛있어요. 요즘 저희는 항상 철판볶음밥(주로 오징어 또는 햄치즈), 돈까스, 냉메밀 이렇게 시켜 먹어요. 냉메밀은 압구정하루보다 저는 하나우동이 더 맞더라구요. 암튼 냉메밀 정말 최고랍니다.^^

판메밀, 일본어로 '자루소바'는 맛간장(일본어로는 쯔유라고 하져)에 고추냉이, 간 무, 쪽파 등을 넣어서 거기에 찍어 먹기 땜시 냉메밀에 들어가는 쯔유보다 훨 짜져. (머, 우리나라에서는 걍 훌훌 마셔도 될 정도로 내는 집이 대부분인데, 일본에선 확실히 다르져. 엄청 짭니다) 집에서 해 먹으라고 쯔유 농축한 것도 팔져. 그걸 물에 희석해서 소면이나 메밀면을 찍어 먹거나, 튀김을 찍어 먹는데 쓰기도 하고, '오뎅'(단순히 어묵만 들어가는 게 아니라 여러가지 어묵(종류가 워낙 많아서 이거는 설명 패쑤)과 무, 소힘줄, 삶은 달경, 곤약 등등을 넣어서 만드는 하나의 요리가 오뎅이라...) 궁물 내는 데도 쓰기도 하져. 울나라에선 울나라 사람들이 워낙 궁물을 조아라 해서, 메밀면을 찍어 먹거나 마는 쯔유 농도를 일본 만큼 짜거나 달게 하진 않져. 참고로 일본엔 '자루소바'만 있는 게 아니라 '자루우동', '자루소멘'도 이씀다. (저기서 '자루'는 국수를 받치는 발을 의미하눈... 삶아서 찬물에 씻었으니 물 뺴야져, 그래서 발을 받쳐 둔 거 되거씀다)
