Man🔴 society is too cruel and image-focused. I just saw a perfectly trim Something Korean gal's video on how to look more feminine and avoid "bulky" manly shoulders. She is barely anything close to overweight. Having a pooch is normal! I don't even think Narae looks overweight. She's a bit shorter/stockier and her petite proportions may spread her muscles differently. Why she has pressure to lose weight when she probably only needs to adjust her style and hair cut to something slightly more youthful (if she desires) is enough! I don't get why the outcome is to be more visually ($exually) appealing to the male gaze. Because at the end of the day, she's more confident, but for what cause? To wear more revealing clothes amongst her colleagues? It pissed me off to hear the guy say cut the music to Pretty Woman. Just a vent on beauty standards and unreal expectations for women in media

It's great she finally decided to lose weight! She talked about this before many times that she wanted to do it but her career as a comedian stops her. In SoKor, having an over weight body and comedy is a must bec they still follow the old style gags but gladly, they seem to move forward from that syle. I hate when they act like diet and exercising gives you a result like hers.....its so misleading,she was overweight for many years, you don't miraculously tightening your loose skin after severe diet, u will still have your ugly skin hanging over your tummy, nor will you get reduction from your bottom or thighs! Even working out for a whole year will never make your stomach firm's...plastic surgeon do. Why can't they just admit they had liposuction,minors surgery, and keep your new body in shape by exercising!!! If u exercise intensively you gain weight, muscle weight not the opposite, so she doesn't really exercise like a bodybuilder and have normal meals so anyone can see that narae simply trued diet many times and it didn't work so she simply had a surgery to reshape her whole body......korean act like we r stupid and can't see or understand it...I hate when they mislead people because NO ONE in this planet managed to lose weight by exercising and dieting and the same time tightening their skin and reshape their bodies...
