Ingredients:
2 pieces tilapia
Magic sarap
Salt to taste
Oil
Procedure:
1. Prepare the fish, make sure the innards and gills are removed. When removed, pat dry then make a slit.
2. Next, season fish with salt and magic sarap powder.
3. Heat enough oil and when hot enough, put tilapia into the pan.
4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side. Do not flip until you dont see the edges turning golden.
5. Flip to cook the other side.
6. When golden in color, remove from the pan.
7. Serve with soy sauce, rice and tomatoes. Enjoy!
