FRIED TURKEY WINGS | GREAT FOR HOLIDAYS | BRIA'S KITCHEN

Hey y’all! Welcome to my channel and thank you for stepping into Bria’s Kitchen! Today we are making FRIED TURKEY WINGS! All you need is one pot and some grease! As many people may be spending the holidays differently this year, this is a perfect recipe for turkey wings on any occasion. This recipe is super easy. If you’re spending time with a small group and don’t want to make a whole turkey this is perfect! If you try this recipe please let me know in the comments down below. Ingredients are listed.

Ingredients:
Turkey wings - I prefer to cut mine
Tony Chachere’s Injectable Marinade
Tony Chachere’s Creole Original Seasoning
Onion Power
Garlic Powder
Seasoned Salt
BE CAREFUL not to season too heavy. The Injectable has salt in it too.
Remember the basics of frying at home. 1. Keep your grease at medium heat. My stove goes to a 10 and I keep the stove at a 5. 2. NEVER cover your grease when deep frying on the stove. You get to watch those bad boys cook, enjoy the view. 3. In case you forget 1 and 2 and cause a grease fire, turn off the stove if you can and try to cover the fire with a metal baking sheet or use salt or baking soda to smother the fire. 4. NEVER throw water on a grease fire. Never. Do you hear me? Never.
