This video is the longer, unnarrated version of the "Making of the Morning Haze Dress". I have so much footage that doesn't make it into the narrated videos and I think it would be sad not to use it. That's why this is an additional video.
So that if you want to know what I did, what I think about the process and learn something about the techniques I used you can watch the usual video, but if you feel like some calm background sewing, this video is for you!

I often get the comment under my longer videos to upload them without music. I think it’s only fair to try it out once to see if it actually works better. Currently I’m at a point with KZbin where I can still try out content without major consequences if a video performs “bad” so I wanted to give it a try now. I thought that if you prefer it with music it would be possible to play your favourite songs in the background and if not you can just enjoy the video by itself. Please let me know how you prefer those videos. I know I can’t please everyone, but I want to get as close as possible 🌚♥

I like the videos where you narrate things, but I do not like the music. In your longer videos, I simply turn it off, but maybe in the videos where you narrate, you can lower the volume? It competes with your voice and explanations, in my opinion. But, as you say, you cannot please everyone, so I hope you find a formula that works and that brings you as many viewers as possible. You are a very skilled and talented creator, and you deserve that! (and, btw, that dress is giving me so many Winterhalter vibes...)

I just watch for the joy of seeing beautiful dresses skillfully made. Whether there's music or not doesn't matter to me. Since I'm severely hearing impaired, I tend to watch all videos subtitles on, sound off, anyway. I wouldn't mind a blurb or two in the beginning about your inspiration for each piece, though. I love that they all have poetic names. 🙂 You blithely handle fabrics I normally stay away from because they're a pain. If I ever make anything out of tulle it'll be because I'm trying my hand at making a platter tutu.

I like your style, the videos, the music, the dresses and the production- it is all fabulous and excellently executed. Though I like the asmr vibe of the video, your videos with music, already have an asmr ambience and feel to it that seems way more natural. I get that you want to make us happy, but I would rather you do what makes you happy.

I hope you don't mind me saying this, but for me I found some of the subtitles hard to read when they were against a lighter background. Maybe you could add some shadow to the letters to help them stand out a bit more? The dress is just so beautiful that watching it being made again with all the extra footage was wonderful. Your skill is a delight to watch.

Not at all! It’s good to know, since while editing it looked fine. But it seems to be a common problem when looking at the likes! So thanks for bringing it to my attention ♥️

I think that I like both with and without your voice, but I prefer with no music. The ASMR sounds are just so perfect. That being said, I will always watch your videos, they're so relaxing 🌠

This was so peaceful and relaxing. I like your videos both ways. The music is nice but it isn't necessary. You would go the direction that you enjoy. I enjoy watching your skill at work. You have beautiful hands and your filmography is so lovely. And then every dress you make is gorgeous. This one in particular feels so ethereal.

I like those relaxing asmr sounds. They make me remember when I was kid and my granny seewed clothes for me and my sister. I liked in particular the sound of the scissors cutting the fabric on the kitchen table.❤

This checks all my boxes! I do like the quiet cadence of your voicr, too. In my opinion, less is more but I will gladly watch anything you create. Sometimes content creators have music at a volume that distract from or compete with their vocals rather than be the supporting role.

For anyone interested, the usual version of this video is in her channel. It's about a year old and called " The Making of the Morning Haze Dress."

Thank you for letting us know! I really love this kind of ASMR. The kind where people are just whispering makes me wanna punch somebody but listening to that sound of scissors cutting fabric against the table just does something for me and my brain.

The dress is stunning! I thought the color, and flowy-nes is perfect for March! It would be the dress/gown I would pick for a beginning of Spring party. I don't mind no music. That is a lot of extra work and time for you, I would think. Perhaps an entroducuction of what you are going to make? Perhaps, what your inspiration for the dress? Or even a tiny wrap up, with a tip or comment if a material is difficult... I have watched ( been mesmerized) from your first video. I am always amazed by your talent and love to watch your creations. I will watch no matter what, but I do miss hearing a little bit from you. All the best, Audri

The tulle neckline was brilliant and I loved how the mock up had the red trim almost floating in air. The green is nice but the red had more visual focus- especially with all that floof. The neckline was very daring but a lovely organic curve. I think all the tulle you attached was not well suited to material base choice. I could see the pulling and warping in the back. And the lovely lines you worked so hard on have all disappeared under the floof. Volume does look like it was fun to drift around in- but I think maybe even just losing the capelet layer of floof and the arms/sleeve floof would make the dress much more eye catching and ethereal. As it is when you aren’t moving or shifting it- it rather appears to be your head popping up out of a fluffy pile of gorgeous fabric. Wonderful professional job of making it and pattern design though. I loved watching this.

So incredibly elegant, beautiful and relaxing. My preference for rhee longer videos remains "no music, please". As others have said, I, too, fi d your voice immensely soothing and peaceful. Without it, tho, I do like still hearing the sounds of making. I hope others enjoy these experimental videos, too

It's a drafting pencil with extra thick graphite. She probably isn't pressing down very hard. With these drafting pencils, you can select graphite in a hardness level that allows you to draw darker lines with less pressure.
