Need a TOTAL overhaul of the WHOLE club, the Comms, Youth, Medical and other teams need looking at, as well as DOF and recruitment also the pathway from youth to first team strategy. Needs to also put a fans rep on the board.

Take 450 million off as moshiri is getting rid of it so sports and media debt will always be there. 777 money can’t touch as no one knows what to do with this so the debt looks a hell of a lot better when they come in.

Moyes burnt his bridges when he left for utd. He is no better than Dyche imo and I would only replace Sean with a top tier manager unless something drastic happens. I would not mind Mourinho , who may still have one last hurrah in him and we would have a good chance of winning a cup since 95 , Royle ,Rideout and gang.
