Heard a bit of Warren Demartini , George Lynch , influence killer stuff . Sound's great . Sound's to me like it would be a good pedal to stack . The same way those guy's liked boosted plexi sound's .

I actually emailed dave friedman about this. Here's his response: "Overall the gain of the Smallbox is less, Might be a tad more open sounding, does better lower gain sounds. Has a more controllable mid, dent come on as fast as the DS" I think the "dent" was a typo and he meant "don't"

I Sold both ,the be-od and Dirty Shirley. The Small Box has really good gain and sounds just so good !! ;)

This seems a little brighter than the Wampler Plexi mini Which do you prefer ? Both great pedals My amps tend to be bright This would be great for a darker amp Sounds great but liking Wamp a bit better This is true to his amp circuit I'm thinking
