After I saw Elsie Lovelock’s cover of Friend Like Me, I knew I might as well try and do one last mashup before moving on to other projects. That’s right, this is the last one...?

This seems like the opening number to the best anime ever. Some unlucky hapless protagonist stumbles upon a lamp or seal and accidentally unleashes this family of gleefully chaotic genies who gives the character a total of 12 wishes but each genie has a different set of rules and their family dynamic is so crazy that it causes all kinds of damage to the character's life. However, they won't go away until they grant all twelve wishes, leaving the protagonist stuck with them until he figures how to get these 12 wishes that don't backfire, cause further harm to himself and get these damn genies to actually focus.

Building off of this and another comment, all 4 genies have a different way of using the wishes. Robin's wishes work like they do in the movie, you say the phrase and then what ever you wish for is there. Will's wishes work with a trade-off mechanic, for example, turning Abu into an elephant means that a random elephant becomes a monkey. Elise's wishes are unable to cause direct harm to any living being, with the trade off being that she is able to create more elaborate things as well as better healing including the ability to bring back the dead, provided they haven't been that way for too long. Anna's wishes are a mite more volatile than the others due to her inexperience, causing some of her magic to backfire on occasion, creating random effects and causing a bit of chaos.

I’m not an animator but I can visualise how this would look so easily. I can’t wait for someone amazing to make an animatic for this: it’d be awesome. Their personalities come through so well and you can just picture it! Dad genie (RW) is pulling out that three mile long list and chucking it gleefully back to his excitable daughter genie (A) who catches it and then gets quickly buried under the scrolls which he turns and sees with surprise (the ‘oh oh oh’ bit). Son genie (WS) is acting all cool and his annoyed family are all lined up to curtly correct him with ‘Aladdin!’ and he airily waves his hand ‘whatever!’ Mum/aunt genie (EL) is taking charge while daughter and dad are being goofy and then they all fly about and conjure their own personality-specific creations at the crescendo to the bemusement of Aladdin and Abu piling high to the ceiling. It’d be awesome!
