What can a person do about tinnitus?

@@robsutherland5744 There are medication, exercises, physical therapy modalities. It really depends on what caused it, and you. I would start with an audiologist and the an ENT doctor. For me nothing has worked, so counseling helps and things like ASMR that distract me from it. I pray you find relief quickly.

​@@robsutherland5744 not a lot sadly. There are medications, diet modifications, physical therapy/ chiropractic modalities, and exercises. However a lot depends on the cause and your physiology. I would start with an ENT specialist that works with neurology. I pray you find relief.
