@@52down well the whole thing has an unrequited love element to it. Moving to Paris with a person of the opposite sex and desperately convincing her and us the listener that it’s purely platonic, only to then tell on himself when he says “this time next year we’ll be forever more” There’s a sad romanticism throughout the whole song because of this. Anyway, that’s just my opinion! Also yeah, the ambient background does compliment this

I was born in Paris but this song is just TOO GOOD for Paris. I used to listen to this song a lot when I was an exchange student in Japan and It is more of a Tokyo song to me! It fits perfectly with the Tokyo atmosphere.

I bought this album on disc a few years ago because I heard the song "Jump in the Pool" at a party - fell in love almost instantly with the band! Such a great sound. A lot of people are here for Cory Monteith, whom was a wonderful actor/person in general and happened to tweet this song in one of his final days. There's an abundance of hate on here because "true fans" of FF are offended that a celebrity's death gained this song attention, and I'd like to say that I think that hate is lame (1/2)

Ive had issues with my mobile phone and called many times O2 customer service and they have this as a waiting tune when youre queueing on the line till the operator is free and even though its not the genre of usic I usually go for it got stuck in my head totallyyyyy!!!
