i like how the ai was able to differentiate between the stereotypical look of a 50s person vs the stereotypical look of a 50s actor, even though everyone here would have been technically an "actor", so it knew somehow to portray the actors more homely instead of like actors of the era and the actor playing an actor looked like an actual actor of the era. if that makes sense.

In the 1950s them being able to afford those big appartments on their jobs would make perfect sense.
@RacerXGTO19 күн бұрын
At that time the US government and local governments weren't corrupted to the level it is today. Assessors value properties higher so the lot property taxes bring in more money. Property owners renting apartments or homes calculate rent based on 1 percent of the unit value. More tax money is needed, so Assessors increase the home/lot values. If property values were based on AMI, people could afford to live in homes, but government wont make money on that silly notion. So you get an idea who is keeping people homeless.

one day soon this will be possible. Able to watch a movie you thought up on the way home from work. Its scary how close this could be. I remember driving with a church pastor from a local church to an event 6 years ago. When I told him about developing AI able to write books,. He laughed at me like I was a fool!
@gargoyled_drake26 күн бұрын
I doubt it. It's just still images that zooms with a slight animation on it. And the animation is poorly executed. I still enjoy these. But it's not like AI actually makes moving pictures. It just makes pictures with slight movement on them. I would be disappointed if i had invested millions of dollars in AI and this is all it has to show for. And i can't imagine too many investors actually being impressed with it either. It's still just a cheap trick, rather than actual AI capabilities. If there are people you should watch out trusting right now, it's programmers. They are todays magicians in many ways. Including never revealing the cheapness behind their tricks. As it would make it less impressive. And harder to sell the idea to investors.
