Ellie and Abi both of you are so amazing, we need more people like both of you in this world. Abi you are such an amazing friend, I bet you made a huge difference not only on Ellie life and the outcome of her treatment but her family because as a caregiver for my mom I know how hard it is to see many of my family and friends that my mom and I had go away. It makes things a lot harder. So thank you both of you

This is so true both for cancer as well as other chronic illnesses. I do not have cancer, but I do have some chronic illnesses that really impact what I am able to do. Through the years, I have lost most of my friends because most people haven't been patient or understanding with you. As you get older and others get more mature, things like it won't be quite as much of an "issue" to them. Great video! I think it's a very important message to share

Im sorry to hear that you have a chronic illness, that must be so hard. It is sad that friends can just ditch you, but i guess you really find out who your true friends are.

I would love to see another video of the two of you together. Abi is a true, dear and loving friend and the same warrior spirit that you have.

I lost all of my best friends after my illness's progressed. And we had been together in a friend group for over 6 years. I am so glad you still have yours

Very important video... Some family as well as friends can move away from one when a person has a chronic or chronic illnesses. It's the nature of human beings unfortunately.

I don't have cancer but a lot of health problems and I had to heal my relationship with friends because I was in the hospital for months without getting out and I was only allowed my phone for 30 minutes which is bizarre. They destroyed my relationships with friends, they isolated me completely and I'll always hate them for doing that even though they helped me they screwed me up mentally

Sometimes it's really weird to have a friend who has a chronic illness cause you just don't know whether they want you to talk about it or they don't or how they feel whatever - but no matter what happens or if it's difficult I will always stay with one of my best friends who has multiple sclerosis, I will never let her be alone

carolinevel94 hi, I have heard of that TV show too. I don’t fancy watching it, but it seems good that they are raising awareness, but I do hope that it is realistic. Xx
